Belleview, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding Stormwater Management
The City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 2009-18 which proposes to
amend the City Code of Ordinances, Subpart B: Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 127 Site Plans and
Drainage Plans to replace the drainage plan section with
a new Chapter called Chapter 128 – Stormwater
Management.
