The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 09-O-21, amending the Tallahassee Land Development Code to Modify Requirements for Government Stormwater Retrofit Projects.

| | 04/21/09 | The City Council will hold the first and only public hearing at the 4/22/09 meeting.
| | 04/07/09 | The City Council will introduce the ordinance at the 4/7/09 Tuesday meeting (City Council usually meets on Wednesday, this week is an exception). The Council will consider a request to schedule a public hearing for 4/22/09.
