Monterey County, CA Adopts Resolution Regarding Real Estate Recording Fees
The Board of Supervisors Adopted Resolution No. 09-121 amending Resolution No. 97-428 to adjust the fee from $2.00 to $3.00 for Real Estate recordings in support of the Real Estate Fraud Prosecutors Fund for the District Attorney's Office, Budget Unit 224, effective 1/1/09.

07/26/11At the 1/27/09 meeting, the Board of Supervisors adopts a resolution to raise the Real Estate Recording Fee.
01/23/09The Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of the resolution at the 1/27/09 meeting.
