Riviera Beach, FL Tables Ordinance to Establish Motor Vehicle Cost Recovery Fee for Costs Incurred by the Police in Responding to Accidents
The City Council will consider an ordinance amending Chapter 19 of the City's Code of Ordinances entitled "Traffic and Motor Vehicles" by creating a new Article VI establishing a motor vehicle cost recovery fee for costs incurred by the Police Department in responding to motor vehicle accidents.

Additional information: Prior to engaging in lobbying activities, each lobbyist must file with the City Clerk and pay a registration fee of $25 per principal represented. Additionally, each lobbyist is responsible for filing a report on Oct. 1st of each year detailing all expenditures in excess of $25 from the preceding year.
