Key West, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding a Reduction of Current Impact Fees
The City Commission adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 54, Article III, Division 1 entitled "Impact Fees" by creating Section 54-56, which reduces current impact fees by twenty-five percent (25%) for the next eighteen months.
