Charlotte County, FL Approves Ordinance Extending the Expiration Date of the Residential and Commercial Impact Fee Rollbacks The County Commission approved an ordinance extending the expiration date for the residential and commercial impact fee rollbacks. On October 23, 2007, the Board approved Ord. No. 2007-076 which rolled back the assessment of residential impact fees to the 1998 impact fee rate. On November 13, 2007, the Board approved Ord. No. 2007-078 which rolled back the assessment of commercial impact fees to the 1998 impact fee rate. Ord. No. 2007-076, the residential roll back ordinance, is set to expire on January 22, 2009. Ord. No. 2007-078, the commercial roll back ordinance, is set to expire on February 12, 2009.
