Yuba County, CA Appoves Conintued Freeze of Development Impact Fees Based on the 2007 Schedule The City Council voted to continue the freeze. The discussion was related to the Development Impact Fee Update. The recent development activity, a continuation of the Freeze, could result in a potential revenue loss of approximately $150,000 to the City’s impact fee fund. Given that the offset in impact fees is not a significant amount, it would be prudent at this time to hold impact fees at their current level in an effort to stimulate economic activity.
