Deltona, FL Approves State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program Amendment
The City Commission approved changes to the 2004-2006 LHAP for consistency in the administration of the down payment and foreclosure assistance activities utilizing previous year funding to meet construction and very low income household statutory set-a-side requirements for compliance with the 6/30/09 expenditure deadline for State Fiscal Year 2006.

Issue History
03/11/09At the 2/16/09 meeting, motion was made to approve the amendment to State Fiscal Year 2004-2006 Local Housing Assistance Plan and authorize submission to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, as required by State Law.
02/13/09The City Commission will discuss the amendments at the 2/16/09 meeting.
