Cape Coral, FL to Consider Underground Utility Repair Agreement with Quality Enterprises USA

The Council will consider Resolution 281-26 A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cape Coral, Florida, ratifying an emergency purchase to Quality Enterprises USA, Inc., for emergency underground utility repair services at the aerial crossing located at Cape Coral Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard, in the amount of $225,476.85; and ratifying and approving Work Authorization Form No. QE-001-SS with Quality Enterprises USA, Inc., utilizing Master Agreement No. RUT2629SS-D, to provide emergency underground utility repair services; and further authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute purchase order(s), change order(s), and any related documents specific to the emergency purchase; providing for an effective date.
