The Commission will Hold Public Hearing: Ordinance Number: 2025-10: An Ordinance of Levy County, Florida, Amending the Infrastructure Element, the Conservation Element, and the Intergovernmental Coordination Element of the Levy County Comprehensive Plan Based on an Updated Regional Water Supply Plan as Required by Section 163.3177(6)(C)4, Florida Statutes; Providing a Severability Clause; Providing a Repealing Clause; Providing Direction to the Clerk and County Staff; and Providing Effective Dates.
