The Council will consider An Ordinance Amending Section 30-9(A), Monthly Rates, Fees and Charges; and Amending Section 32-71, Collection of Refuse Types I And II Set Forth in Appendix “A” Fees and Charges Schedule of the Code of Ordinances, City of Naples, to Reflect Annual Rate Adjustments Supported by the United States Consumer Price Index; and Providing for Codification; Conflicts; Severability; Correction of Scrivener’s Error; Construction; Publication; and an Effective Date.
