The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission, With Attachment(S), Amending Ordinance No. 13114, the Zoning Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended (“Miami 21 Code”), by Amending Article 3, Titled “General to Zones,” Section 3.3.1, to Clarify When Lots May Meet an Exemption From Lot Size Restrictions; Making Findings; Containing a Severability Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date.
