Melbourne, FL to Consider Ordinance Allowing a Circle K Convenience Store at NASA Blvd and S Babcock St

The Council will consider Ordinance No. 2026-21, Circle K Convenience Store: (First Reading/ Public Hearing) Conditional Use request to allow a convenience store with gas pumps in a C-P (Commercial Parkway) zoning district with site plan approval to redevelop the 2.1± acres of property, located on the west side of South Babcock Street, south of NASA Boulevard and north of Hibiscus Boulevard (1300 South Babcock Street).
