South Daytona, FL to Consider Resolution Setting and Amending the 2026 Budget

The Council will consider Resolution No. 2026-13. A Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, amending Resolution No. 2025-26 and any subsequent budget amendment resolutions, setting forth appropriation for current expenses and capital outlay for the following funds: General Fund, Police Confiscated Fund, Recreation Development Impact Fee Trust Fund, Fire Impact Fee Trust Fund, Police Impact Fee Trust Fund, Transportation Fund, Capital Project (ARPA) Fund, Capital Project (Cell Tower) Fund, Capital Fund, Water and Sewer Fund, Stormwater Fund, Water System Impact Fund, Wastewater System Impact Fee Fund and Community Trust Fund as required by the City of South Daytona, Florida, during and for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2026; adopting the operating and capital budgets for the City of South Daytona; providing for severance; providing for conflicting resolutions; and providing an effective date. First and only reading.
