The Council will consider An Ordinance of the City of Homestead, Florida, Amending The City Code of Ordinances by Amending Chapter 16 "Local Business Taxes and Business Regulations," Creating Article Viii, "Certificate of Use" Providing for Definitions, Application Procedures, Fees, Regulation, Denial Revocation and Suspension of Certificate of Use; Providing for Conflicts; Providing for Severability; and Providing for an Effective Date.
