Palm Beach County, FL to Consider Underground Electric Utility Easement with FPL at the Criminal Justice Complex

The Commission will consider a Utility Easement Agreement (Easement) in favor of Florida Power & Light Company for the construction, operation, and maintenance of underground electrical facilities and an above-ground pad-mounted transformer (FPL Facilities) at the Criminal Justice Complex (Facility) located at 3228 Gun Club Road, in unincorporated Palm Beach County.
