| The Commission will consider:
1. Easement Agreement with Florida Public Utilities Company for construction and maintenance
of underground gas pipelines at PBI.
2. Easement Agreement with FPL for construction and maintenance of underground electric
facilities at PBI.
3. Easement for water utility improvements at PBI. |
