West Palm Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Updating the 20 Year Water Supply Plan

The Commission will Hold Public Hearing and First Reading of Ordinance No. 5161-26 for proposed amendments to the Utilities Element and Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan to update the 20-year Water Supply Facility Work Plan Sub Element and other sections of the Utilities and Capital Improvements Element as required by Section 163.3177(6)(c), Florida Statutes (F.S.). This amendment will also update the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) of the Capital Improvements Element, consistent with state requirements.
