The Commission will consider An Ordinance of Desoto County, Florida, Creating Section 20-233 “family Homestead Exemption,” to Article Iii “subdivision Procedures” of Chapter 20 of the County’s Land Development Regulations; Providing for Requirements When Subdividing Land Under the Family Homestead Exemption; Providing for Severability; Providing for Codification; Providing for an Effective Date.
