Polk County, FL to Consider Future Ordinance Affecting Separation Requirements for Alcohol Sales

The Commission will SET HEARING: (LDCT-2025-23 Alcohol Separation Requirements & Hours LDC Text) to amend Chapter 2, Section 224, Alcohol Sales and Chapter 10 to add definitions. The suggested hearing dates are for the first reading on January 6, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date on January 20, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
