St. Cloud, FL to Consider Using Uniform Method for 2026-27 Non-Ad Valorem Collection

The Council will Hold PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION NO. 2025-172R, a resolution of the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Florida electing to timely preserve the use of the uniform method of collecting non-ad valorem assessments levied in all or part of the City of St. Cloud for the fiscal year 2026-27 beginning October 1, 2026; stating a possible need for such levy; providing for the timely mailing of this resolution as provided by general law; and providing for an effective date.
