Leesburg, FL to Consider Agreement for Utility Easement with Duke Energy

The Commission will consider a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, approving and authorizing execution of an Encroachment Agreement with Duke Energy Florida, LLC., relating to installation, operation, maintenance and repair of certain municipal utility equipment and facilities within an easement area shared with Duke Energy Florida, LLC.; and providing for an effective date.
