Lake County, FL to Consider Ordinance Levying Five-Cent Local Option Fuel Tax

The Commission will Recommend adoption and execution of an Ordinance providing for the levy of a Five-Cent Local Option Fuel Tax in Lake County to be effective January 1, 2026. A majority plus one vote is required for adoption. The fiscal impact is undeterminable at this time.
