Collier County, FL to Consider Ordinance Allowing Code Enforcement for Home Businesses

The Commission will Recommend to direct the County Attorney to advertise an Ordinance codifying §559.955, Florida Statutes, into the Collier County Code of Ordinances to allow Code Enforcement of home-based businesses consistent with the terms of the statute.
