The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 2025-_____ An Ordinance of the City of Homestead, Florida, Amending the City of Homestead Code of Ordinances by Amending Chapter 28 "Utilities," Article I “in General”, Article Ii "Water", Article Iii “sewer”, Article Iv “water and Sewer Connection”, And Article Vi “deposits”, in Order to Adjust the Rates and Charges Levied for the Provision of Water and Sewer Services; Providing for Inclusion In the Code; Providing for Severability; Providing For Conflicts; and Providing for an Effective Date.
