St. Augustine, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Lot Grading Regulations

The Commission will Consider Ordinance 2025-21: Amends Chapter 28 of the Zoning Code to include a new section in supplementary regulations related to lot grading, updates definitions, and Amends Chapter 11 (Conservation Overlay Zone Development) to be consistent with the new section.
