The Council will Set the Dates for the Public Hearings on Millage and Budget for 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 23, 2025, and Set the Preliminary Operating Millage Rate at 3.9041 Mills and the Debt Service Millage Rate at 0.3405 for Fiscal Year Ending 2026
