The Commission will Introduction of Ordinance on first reading to amend Sections 5.2.B.18 & 5.2.B.24 of the Land Development Code (LDC) to clarify kitchen equipment requirements for establishments serving alcohol and to remove prohibitions for advertising and signage allowances for hotel or motel accessory uses.
