Groveland, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Utility Accounts and Collection Rates

The Council will Consider Ordinance 2025-4: Amending Chapter 78 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Groveland to update policies related to the collection of utility rates and charges by adding provisions pertaining to adjustments to customer utility accounts subject to conditions as well as adopting regulations pertaining to utility customer responsibilities, monthly base charges, and payment plans
