Hypoluxo, FL to Consider Agreement with Palm Beach County for Non-Ad Valorem Collection for Septic-to-Sewer Project

The Council will Consider Resolution 25-537 Request to approve an Agreement with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser and Tax Collector for the Collection of non-ad valorem special assessments for the septic to sewer project on the annual tax bill pursuant to Section 197.3632 Florida Statutes.
