The Commission will Consider Text Amendment to amend Chapter 24 Section 24-69(B)(3) Pool Fencing - To consider amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 24 Land Development Code to address swimming pool safety barriers by specifically amending Section 24-69 “Patios, Pools and Excavations” Subsection (B)(3) “Pool Fencing” requiring final inspection, height, location, and maintenance requirements for swimming pool safety barriers.
