Orange City, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Historic Properties & Demolitions

The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 674. An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange City, Florida, establishing a certificate of appropriateness program applicable to properties located within the City's historic resource map area by amending the Code of Ordinances, chapter 2, article III, Division 3, section(s) 2-93- Definitions, 2-94- Historic Preservation Board, 2-100- Statement or Purpose and General Functions, Powers and Duties of the Historic Preservation Board, and 2-103- Demolitions; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
