Volusia County, Fl to Consider Ordinance Affecting Hours for Construction Activities

The Council will Consider Ordinance 2023-44 - An ordinance amending Sec. 50-746 and 72-703, Volusia County Code of Ordinances, by establishing new hours of operation for construction activities. The new hours of operation will be 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
