Lake County, FL to Advertise Ordinance Affecting Criminal History Checks

The Commission will Recommend approval to advertise an Ordinance repealing and replacing Section 2-42, Lake County Code, entitled Criminal History Checks. These changes are required by Florida Department of Law Enforcement. There is no fiscal impact.
