The Commission will Consider An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Pompano Beach, Florida, Amending Chapter 155 of the Pompano Beach Code of Ordinances, “zoning Code,” By Amending Section 155.4225., "Commercial: Visitor Accommodation Uses,” to Permit a Hotel or Motel Use by Right in the B-2 Zoning District; and by Amending Appendix a: "Consolidated Use Table," to Reflect the Permitted Use; Providing for Severability; Providing an Effective Date.
