Panama City Beach, FL to Consider an Ordinance Increasing Water Rates

The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 1630 An Ordinance of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, Establishing the Water, Sewer and Reclaimed Water Rates for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Thereafter; Increasing the Water Rates in the Amount of One Percent (1%) and Increasing Sewer and Reclaimed Rates in the Amount of Four Percent (4%), All as More Particularly Stated in the Body of This Ordinance; Providing for Codification; and Providing An Effective Date of October 1, 2023
