The Council will Consider An Ordinance of the Town of Astatula, Florida Relating to Water Rates, Fees and Charges; Providing Findings; Creating Chapter 40 in the Town’s Code of Ordinances to Be Titled “water;” Adopting the Town’s Water Rates, Fees and Charges and Preset Increases Through 2028 for Residential, Nonresidential and Industrial Customers; Providing for Severability, Ratification, Codification, Conflicts, and an Effective Date.
