Monticello, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Irrigation Water Consumption

The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 2023-26 An Ordinance of the Town of Montverde, County of Lake, State of Florida, amending the rate table for irrigation water supplied by town wells not connected to town potable water system (known as Lake Apopka Sound and Willow Ridge) located in Section 26-150 in Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Montverde to adjust the number of gallons for irrigation water consumption charges for irrigation service; providing for codification and severability; and providing for an effective date. (First Reading)
