Key Biscayne, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Motorized Scooters and Vehicles

The Council will approve the proposed ordinance modifications to Chapter 19 to clarifr the prohibition of riding and/or operating of motorized scooters or electric bicycles within any Village owned parks, to include Village Green and its interior loop pathway.
