Newberry, FL to Consider a Ordinance Affecting Alcohol at City Events

The Commission will Consider Legislative: Ordinance 2022-48, an ordinance amending Section 14, “Alcoholic Beverages,” to allow for the open consumption of beer and wine within a defined area during special events that have been sanctioned by the City. Only beer and wine purchased from merchants within the approved zone qualify.
