Flagler County, FL to Consider an Ordinance Relating to Home Based Businesses

The Commission will Hold a First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Home-Based Business Requirements of the Land Development Code to Conform to Florida Law: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the ordinance on first reading, with second reading and adoption to occur on July 11, 2022.
