The Commission will Request to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign an ordinance amending Walton Code of Ordinances Chapter 10, Fire Prevention and Protection; establishing Article I, Section 10-03. - Burn Bans; providing definitions; providing requirements for notification; providing requirements for activation and deactivation of a burn ban; providing for exemptions, applicability, enforcement, and penalties; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date amending Walton Code of Ordinances Chapter 10, Fire Prevention and Protection; establishing Article I, Section 10-03. – Burn Bans; providing definitions; providing requirements for notification; providing requirements for activation and deactivation of a burn ban; providing for exemptions, applicability, enforcement, and penalties; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date
