The Commission will Consider Ordinance #2021-75 for LDC21-0001: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida; amending the Osceola County Land Development Code by amending Chapter 3, Performance and Siting Standards, Article 3.17, Outdoor Sign Standards to update text pertaining to entertainment sign requirements; providing for correction of scrivener’s errors; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
