Oakland Park, FL to Consider an Abandoned Real and Personal Property Regulations Ordinance

Staff recommends the City Commission consider passing the Ordinance on first reading, requiring properties to be registered at the time of default, whether occupied or unoccupied, and to amend the ordinance allowing for adoption of fees by resolution rather than by ordinance.
