Cocoa Beach, FL To Consider a Resolution Adding Fees for Foreclosed Properties

The Commission will Adopt Resolution No. 2021-10- A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, establishing a fee for the registration of foreclosed and vacant private owner properties within the City of Cocoa Beach; providing incorporation of recitals, providing for repeal of conflicting resolutions and fee schedules, providing for posting of the schedule of fees and charges, and providing for an effective date. The City requires registration of foreclosed and vacant properties to address issues related to the maintenance of such properties. The fee for registrable properties will be $200 every six months, or part thereof.
