The Commission will Hold a Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance No. 4941-21 Chapter 90 (Utilities) Article III (Sewers and Sewage Disposal) amending Section 90-122 and Section 90- 126 of the Code of Ordinances to comply with requirements of the Florida Administrative Code as regulated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
