Tamarac, FL to Consider a Resolution Confirming Compliance Fair Housing Standards

The Commission will Consider A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida confirming Fair Housing compliance with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and adopting the 2020 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice prepared in partnership with Broward County Home Consortium, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and the City of Tamarac Transit Title VI Program Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”, as a condition of Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program funding for four wastewater lift station generators located within the city; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
