Charlotte County, FL to Consider Temporary Suspension of Certain Code Provisions Relating to Mobile and Manufactured Homes The Commission will Consider Resolution to temporarily suspend the prohibition of occupying recreational vehicles (RV’s), ANSI Park Models, and Park Models in the Manufactured Home Conventional (MHC) Zoning District, RV’s in the Manufactured Home Park (MHP) Zoning District, Mobile Homes in the Residential Single-family (RSF), and Residential Multi-family (RMF) Zoning Districts, and the requirement that all new manufactured homes and replacement manufactured homes installed in flood hazard areas must be installed on permanent, reinforced foundations.
