Polk County, FL to Hold Public Hearing of Ordinance Affecting Construction Time Limits on Commercial Portions of Mixed-Use Development The Commission will consider an ordinance amending Chapter 3, Section 303 the Land Development Code regarding the timing in which commercial portions of a Residentially Based Mixed-Use Development (RBMD) may be constructed.
