City: Treasure Island Treasure Island, FL to Consider Resolution Creating a Temporary Waiver of Specific Building Permit Fees The City Commission will consider Resolution 17-104 creating a temporary waiver of building permit fees from September 19, 2017 through and including October 31, 2017 for only the following types of work: Roof Repair and Roof Replacement, Fence Installation, Tree Removal, Installation of Soffit – Fascia – Gutter – Siding. A building permit from the City’s Building Division still needs to be obtained, but the fee associated with the permit will be waived.
